Are your handbags authentic?

100%. Before any item is listed on our site, we verify the authenticity in-house and with a 3rd party authenticator. We look for many factors such as serial numbers, date codes, hardware, logo, stitching, quality, etc. Rest assured, a certificate of authenticity is included with every purchase at no additional cost. 

Do you accept cancellations or returns?

At this time, all sales are final. We are not accepting cancellations or returns. Please be sure to review all images, carefully read through the description, and ask questions before purchasing. We are always here to help!

When can I expect my order?

We completely understand how excited you are to receive your new bag! We are just as excited for you to receive her. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We are currently only shipping domestically using USPS with signature confirmation. Because signature confirmation is required, P.O. Boxes are not permitted.
